Situation 1

Player A1 is participating in the play without his mouthpiece properly worn.   Team A has already been given its one warning for not properly wearing mouthpieces.  Therefore, Player A1 has now committed an equipment infraction calling for a misconduct penalty.  Team B is currently in possession of the puck.

Does the Referee raise his arm to indicate the delayed penalty to team A?

Situation 2

Player A1 catches the puck that is shot in the air. He closes his hand on the puck, and takes several strides before placing the puck on the ice and proceeding to maintain control of the puck.

Is this a delay of game penalty for closing hand on the puck?

Situation 3

During a delayed penalty the penalized teams goalie skates out of his privileged area and covers the puck with his glove. 

Does this cause the stoppage in play by means of possession and control, or is this a delay of game infraction on the goalie?
