2011 brings us a new USA Hockey Rule Book, and rule changes.
Some of the rule changes this year are huge. For instance, the PeeWee level will no longer allow Body Checking. At the same time more body contact is encouraged at the Mite and Squirt level.

The seminar process is changing this year. You must pre-register for your seminar. When you register for the upcoming year you must select your seminar. No walk ups will be accepted for seminar attendance.
USA Hockey will begin Official's Registration on August 1, 2011. You can select your seminar at that time.
The HIHOA seminar for returning officials is scheduled for September 17, 2011 at Space City Ice Station. Check the Seminar Page for more information.
The Incident Report, HHA Scores, and Evaluation Reports are down while the website is being redone.
